প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার

2. পণ্যের মূল্য, বর্ণনা, গুণগত মান ও প্রাপ্যতার দায়িত্ব সংশ্লিষ্ট বিক্রেতার।
3. Joypara কেবল একটি প্রযুক্তিগত প্ল্যাটফর্ম হিসেবে কাজ করে।

অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট

1. সব অর্ডার পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতার ওপর নির্ভরশীল।
2. মূল্য, অফার ও ডেলিভারি চার্জ পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
3. প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রদত্ত পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমেই পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।

ডেলিভারি

1. ডেলিভারি সময় এলাকা, বিক্রেতা ও পণ্যের ওপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
2. Joypara বিশেষভাবে দোহার ও নবাবগঞ্জ উপজেলায় নির্ভরযোগ্য ডেলিভারির চেষ্টা করে, তবে অনিবার্য কারণে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।

রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড ও ক্যান্সেলেশন

1. রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড ও ক্যান্সেলেশন নীতি পণ্য ও বিক্রেতাভেদে ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
2. অর্ডার দেওয়ার আগে সংশ্লিষ্ট নীতি ভালোভাবে পড়ে নেওয়ার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
3. প্রয়োজনে Joypara ক্রেতা ও বিক্রেতার মধ্যে সমন্বয় করতে পারে।

মেধাস্বত্ব

1. Joypara–র সকল কনটেন্ট, লোগো, লেখা ও ডিজাইন Joypara–র মালিকানাধীন।
2. অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো কনটেন্ট ব্যবহার বা কপি করা নিষিদ্ধ।

দায়বদ্ধতার সীমা

1. প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহারের ফলে সৃষ্ট কোনো পরোক্ষ বা অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত ক্ষতির জন্য Joypara দায়ী থাকবে না।
2. সব সময় নিরবচ্ছিন্ন ও ত্রুটিমুক্ত সেবা নিশ্চিত করা সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।

শর্তাবলির পরিবর্তন

Joypara যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তন বা হালনাগাদ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। পরিবর্তনের পর প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে তা স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে সম্মতি হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।
