Orders can be canceled before shipment

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled

Sellers reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors

Refund After Cancellation

Prepaid orders will be refunded according to the Refund Policy

COD orders will be canceled without any charges

Joypara reserves the right to cancel any order if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
