Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be issued if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The product was not delivered

The order was canceled successfully according to our Cancellation Policy

Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted within the allowed return period

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be processed via bank transfer or wallet (if applicable)

Refund processing: 7–14 business days (depending on payment provider)

Non-Refundable Items

Products marked as non-returnable

Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items

Items damaged due to customer misuse

Joypara reserves the right to refuse a refund if policy conditions are not met.
